Jags or Weir???

I Really can't decide on this one. Who would you have? Jags right now, or Davie Weir at the peak of his football at Everton? Jags is just edging it for me but I'm not convinced!!:huh:

david weir for me ,stronger in the air, bit better on the ball and more composed and organised the defence more, that could come with age with jags who is a bit quicker,and hasnt got martyn behind him, howard isnt anywere as commanding as him, as you say a hard one , but weir at his peak for me

Its amazing what time does, i remeber 100s of threads on how we needed to get Weir out of the team as he was keeping Joey Yobo on the bench.

Weir essentially got us 4th spot, Jagielka got my heart <33!

Weir did organise the defense brilliantly. He would constantly be last man. I think thats what lacks in the present team. Someone who talks constantly and organises the back four.

As a defender Jagielka as a leader/organiser Weir. They would be a great partnership at eachothers peaks
