Yep, it's a double edged sword. On the one hand it's very difficult for young players to break into the team,on the other hand the loyalty Dyche shows players results in a good fighting team spirit.

Don't think there has been anything slid on the Hull guy, and as it stands but i do see were your coming from, especially with us asking about the City right back, could open up for a more 'attacking' right side.
