2025/26 Jack Grealish

He was in the papers because he was photo’s in a working men’s club. Oh no how dare he. No mention of the fact he put hundreds behind the bar, topped up the bingo prize (admittedly before going out and getting hammered in Newcastle). He’s not an idiot he’s just normal. Probably goes out on the lash half a dozen times a year, but every single time he’s on the front of the tabloids.
Think he's a different person now. He's a dad, I'm a dad. I'm not a professional footballer but I know how my prospective on life changed when my son was born.

I watched a post match interview with him, may have been with BeIn Sports. It was refreshingly honest. Not your usual footballer clichés or generic waffle. He spoke sincerely and with genuine emotion about his decision to move to Everton, how his family said to him he wasn't happy in recent years and he'd fallen out of love with football.

Considering he's got a bad boy image in the media, I really find him to be more likeable than most players out there.

This is the one

Maybe asking to much now, but would love to have natural goal scorer up top now, I ain't meaning to to put a downer on anything but I think with the strikers we have at are disposal at the mo, Moyes really needs to work on having more lads naturally getting in the box to compensate for it. Grealish, Ndiaye will certainly make the magic and create the chances, we just need someone up there on there wavelength that can take some of the pressure off them by being in that place at right time..

Noticed Jonathan David scored earlier..

Anyway I'm not moaning, today couldn't of gone much better, not only did We/Ndiaye score the first goal at the stadium, Pickford also kept a clean sheet and saved the first penalty 💙💙💙

We've gotta give Barry at least 5 games as the man before he'll settle in properly. Playing alongside Jack and Illy will bring his confidence on loads. We just need to be patient and the striker we all want will grow into it. He's a young lad in another new country, he's gonna need some time to adjust and settle.

Oh yeah I get that, i certainly ain't writing the lad off, just would be nice if we had a goalscorer to take the pressure off his shoulders, he could then be eased in at a more adaptable pace..

Like I said tho, Asking too much.. Blame Grealish for that tho, he opened my eyes to widely...

Well, it's logistics as much as anything, isn't it? You won't get to sleep off a hangover in bed any more...
