I went into a charity shop in Harpenden a good few years back and picked up a pair of mint Raybans, with the case, box and almost everything - only thing that was missing was the little branded cloth you get for wiping them. £30, and I got there just ahead of some woman who then followed me round the shop as I browsed, in case I put them down somewhere.

Anyway, I also saw a really nice Jaeger blazer (sport coat for the Americans), black & white puppytooth, pure wool, my size. Grabbed that too (no competition this time). It was summer so I only had a t shirt on and decided to wear the blazer rather than carry it about. Got about 100 yards down the road, put my hand in the blazer pocket and found...
