It is the sheer suddenness of it.

Khalekan

Player Valuation: £80m
Less than a month ago it all looked so rosy.

We seemed to have put the bad start in the league behind us and we're on a good little run.

Lost one in seven or something and that only because De Gea had the game of his life at OT.

We had put the EL group to bed in Wolfsburg and it was upwards and onwards as we arrived at the Lane.

And for twenty minutes Spurs coukdn't get a kick of the ball.

Everton sparkled.

Then it all went Pete Tong.

Spurs turned it around......we couldn't beat Hull.....and we sleepwalked through the City game.

The one win we had, over QPR, was unconvincing.

And now three defeats in a row.

Nowt we can do now but hope things go back to what they were a month ago.....starting at Hull on January 1st.

Come on Bobby......make it right again....;)

Confidence is shot, injuries are hindering us, team selections are baffling and manager is stubborn to his beliefs.

Need to get back to basics with typical EFC players. The likes of Ossie, piennar etc...they may not win us fook all but they now how to handle a crisis of form and play at GP under pressure.

It's been poor even in pre-season tbh. We haven't got started at all.
It has all come from pre-season and our lack of getting a winger but I agree our recent form since Spurs has been really poor but we just need a couple of wins on the bounce and I think we'll have turned it around.

Pienaar has been awful every game he's played in the last year. He's done.

Teams in the PL are on to us and have been since the season kicked off
The European teams hadn't rumbled us but Krasnodar played us off the pitch in Russia
The purpose of pre season is to set up, get everyone on message and freshen up the squad
Arguably we had no pre season we are doing exactly what we did last year but instead of our passing game advancing us up the pitch it has conspired to keep passing back and back and back and conceding
We didn't freshen the squad, Barry and Rom were here last year
Eto'o is new but not so young and probably being played out of position
Barkley is running, not passing and Coleman and Baines aren't at the races
Plan B required and if there is one it will involve Kone
I was a little concerned yesterday though that we had 4 players on the pitch who were involved in Wigan's relegation
And a manager chewing and doing the hand signals thing
Please let someone have a plan B

The West Ham cup tie is more important than ever because on current form we'll get done at home then with no cup run the pressure will be on. We need to stop the rot at Hull and then have a good go at West Ham and have a bit of optimism again.
