Issues at the Emptyhad

I had another reply from Man. City requesting more detail. I don’t know how much more I can tell them.
I have replied with another email.

Hi,
I emailed you with a detailed complaint with regards to my late entrance inside the stadium for Saturday's game with Everton. I had explained that my digital ticket failed to scan, where I had to go the south stand ticket office with many fans in front of me with the same problem.
Once issued with a physical ticket, I then had to join a lengthy queue to gain access through the level one turnstile.
Sadly, only one of those turnstiles was in operation, which is no fault of the fans, nor Everton FC as a club as recently quoted from yourselves
Not gaining entry until 30 minutes after kick off, I feel that I am entitled to a full refund.
The stewards from Man City when asked the question re the problem, denied all responsibility, so who is? Someone is held responsible.
Everton had their own stewards in attendance to witness this problem and were as baffled and disgusted as we were.
As I recently mentioned in my previous email, it's 39 years since the Hilsborough tragedy, and years after, even with modern technology, issues are still arising. I was told that the safety officer was in the control room when asked of his whereabouts. If he saw on his CTV what issues there were outside that turnstile, why did they not delay the kickoff?
I don't mean to be cause any offense, but you are increasing your capacity in the north stand. If you have problems now, God help the club when its fully opened.
I have already been in contact with Andy Burnham re this matter, and should I not get any satisfactory answers, I will contact both the Manchester Evening News and the Liverpool Echo.
Football fans are no more seen as second-class citizens. Clubs only want to know about the fans who purchase hospitality packages.
Players and officials should take the knee for football fans matter.
You have asked for further details. I don't know how much more I can tell you from my previous complaint.
I look forward to hearing from you.

I missed the first few minutes, two people next to me missed about 20 minutes because their digital tickets wouldn’t work.

The barrier system to search everyone was really inefficient. Was L2 the turnstile that wasn’t working? I wondered why there was nobody queuing there yet our entrance had huge lines.
I was in L2 - walked up at around 2.40 straight in with my Android Google Wallet whatyamacallit. No hassle at all.
