I was one of many who failed to get into the stadium today until 15.30 due to problems with digital tickets and only one turnstile working. Fans, In great numbers as you can imagine, were very angry and impatient.
I have already alerted Man City and Everton with an email regarding this, and if anyone else has experienced the same, I I urge those concerned to the right thing and make it known of the incompetence of Manchester City.

My mates had the same experience, it seemed to be people with Android phones/ Google wallets. We were in the 3rd tier and I got in fine with my iPhone. Unacceptable as you say.

I think it is fair that if you go to the time, trouble and expense of travelling, purchase a ticket, that you should get to see the full match.

If any delay due to them ruins the experience you have bought, I th8nk it reasonable to seek refunds on the tickets, your travel, accommodation, dining out expenses, and personal time.

Send in an invoice. It will be pocket money to the Sheiks.

100%. The ticket is a part of a large expense that's been compiled because of it. If you can't get in before kick off then too right they should get refunded.

I missed the first few minutes, two people next to me missed about 20 minutes because their digital tickets wouldn’t work.

The barrier system to search everyone was really inefficient. Was L2 the turnstile that wasn’t working? I wondered why there was nobody queuing there yet our entrance had huge lines.

I got in there early but my lad had a nightmare apparently few turnstiles were down lads by me missed first 20 minutes... like I've always said go back to basics tickets you got one or you haven't farce

….dreadful experience and customer care, you’d think they’d have stewards on hand or a box office to get people inside who’d legitimately purchased a ticket.

Like many, our @alan ball (Steve Zokec) has a long-standing and very proud record of attending Everton games wherever they’re played, it’s just wrong to be treated this way.
