Is the squad too small?

No more ins and one more out. Will leave us with a pathetically small squad with no cover up front or on the left. Has Koeman sold us short? This could cost us a place in Europe

First, Yes.

We need forward cover, that simple and we haven't. Not sure who is too blame though.

January is a great time to sell but a bad time to buy, if we still had something to play for then i doubt we would have so many outs without any ins, but as it is i think this squad will last until the summer playing one game a week.

The squad was to big and lacked over all quality, Martinez signed players and just forgot where he put them.

Sadly the likes of Niasse, Cleverley and McGeady are still owned by us.

Something no one else has mentioned is th impact that a group of very disgruntled and unhappy footballers can have on the rest of the squad.

Besides we qualified for the CL with about 15 players, and the Uefa without about 18, i think we will muddle through.

Sort of squad size everyone should be aiming for really. Ideally you want two in every position, an extra keeper and then maybe some kids to cover.

We've lost the dregs. Cleverly was way down the pecking order and if you remove him, how many appearances did the rest have in the last year between them?
I'd rather have people with hunger and desire on the bench over a bunch of people happy to train and collect a wage for nowt.
