To be fair to the lad, i looked online for a fix for my problem and it seems one of the biggest problems is a lot of peoples showing excessive estimated times.

where is the idiocy ? apples servers buckled under the load and thousands of people are having issues downloading it, some aren't.

I know mate. I am THEE worst. You would think Apples servers would be able to manage to manage the load wouldn't you?

Even though servers don't manage load that's besides the point, network bandwidth and the load balanced aspect does and Apple doesn't own a single KB of bandwidth.

I think I like the look but doubt I'll ever use the new features.

It's sound. It's like anything new. It'll take getting used to, I've been using it since July, you'll soon wonder how you ever stuck with iOS 6 for as long as you did. Nothing really new apart from the look and feel, the new camera stuff is good tho.

Bryan has a point, it isn't technically anything to do with Apple, so going on this OMG NERD RAGE APPLE SUX MOAR SERVERS kick is kinda invalid.

Oh, and having a 120Mbps connection...... (I assume that is what it is, as if you were paying for an actual 120 Mb of bandwidth would mean that you are a rich cat), that is a theoretical maximum burst speed. Your CIR, or minimum speed will likely be 0 or something very close to that.

I dunno, maybe you should go and email all the websites with headlines about apples servers dying and let them know they are idiots for not understand the finer details of why lots of people are having issues.
