Interview with Jamie Carragher

We've tried mate, will try again. Was hoping to do a transfer deadline day thing with him - just as well we didn't really it was that quiet of a window...

Well, the more interesting fan media content we have available the better mate, as for the ones criticising the choice of interview, they have the choice not to click the video if it offends them that much. Hopefully the profile of Carragher doing this will help in getting a few more to sign up to do so.

Actually think NOT limiting yourselves to just interviewing ex/current Everton players or staff is a good move as well

...well done Adam and well done Jamie Carragher.

I once saw Carragher playing for the Reds in a Lancashire League game against us at Bellefield when he was a youth player. The ball went out for a thrown in and an old dapper bloke watching said what lots of watchers do, "our ball". The linesman gave the throw to Everton and I can't repeat what Carragher said the the old fella. There was real hate in his face. Always sticks with me that image and reflects that winning football matches really mattered to him, a trait many who break into the top flight have.

Hoping so, I think it's a good example to slide under the nose of people.

Haven't watched it yet (work blocks on Youtube and i'm to much of a minge to use my data) but looking forward to it when I get home. Fair play to all involved included Carrala.

Can't believe i log on to an Everton forum and all i see is a Liverpool player splashed all over it......... seems people on this forum have bought into the SKY TV Liverpool love in.

And believe me i am not alone.

please say you still like us Carra !

please please

I think you established your discontent well enough in the first post mate, so I'm not sure why it required a second one

You don't like it, we get it

No need to belabour the point

Alex Ferguson said he'd have loved him at United (even over Steven Gerrard). He held him in huge esteem and a true warrior.

He said one game he was on the touch line and Carragher was due to come on. Ferguson snarled at him "you better not kick any of my players" and Carragher snapped back "I'm going to volley every one of them."

To get such praise from Alex Ferguson is a huge accolade for a Liverpool player. Anyway I am going to watch the interview and really looking forward to it. I've always liked Carragher and think he's a clever lad so will be interesting.
