Inter Milan held a meeting at their headquarters last night to discuss some market strategies and general issues regarding the 2009/10 season.

Just days ago, it was reported that Jose Mourinho was looking to trim his list of players down to around 23, meaning that five or six in the current squad will depart the club in the coming weeks.

One of those strongly linked with a move to Napoli is Victor Obinna, the former Chievo man who has struggled to find his feet at the Nerazzurri.

Following the completion of the meeting last night, the technical director, Marco Branca, made a brief comment regarding the future of the Nigerian.

“We must meet with Napoli shortly, but at this point, they do not have any money,” Branca joked in an interview with Ansa.it.

Basically the whole team then! Unfortunately finance aside I don't think that Jose would be too chuffed about losing his whole side.....

If he's on his way I would deffo take a chance on Santon

Santon's supposed to be the new Maldini - guaranteed not to be on the transfer list.

I've always thought Chivu was quality since his Roma days - if Lescott goes, he'd be perfect to come in and fill that centre back / left back role at the club.

Maybe Obinna, Balotelli would be fantastic if he wasn't such a complete prick of a human being.

He's 28, will be 29 in October apparently, would still get a minimum 3 good seasons out of him (whilst Mustafi comes along and Rodwell perhaps starts to move back).

Problem is, with Materazzi & Samuel well into their 30's Chivu's probably the one they'll want to keep.
