He's expected to sign a new contract anyway so this might not be important, but he has a €20 million release clause in his current contract. Maybe if we can get in contact with his reps before he signs a new one then we could try and get him for a lot cheaper than he'd potentially go for.
 

The sort of player who we all know we should go for but don't and someone like Spurs or Southampton get them who rip up the league. For me him or Yarmolenko are a must in january if we are to really push for a top 6 finish.

Naismith and Mcgeady out the door should get us around £10 million with the other £5-6 million coming from under Kenwrights sofa.

Unless we get 10m for Naisy we're not getting 10m for the pair
