I was just looking over the table and noticed how good a week it could be for us, and with all the doom and gloom I've been hearing here lately, I wanted to show a bit of optimism. I agree with your comment of "just keep winning and the table looks after itself."

(and to be honest, I don't understand half of the sports betting world, but if someone uses this thread to make some $, glad to help - especially if it means we beat bolton)

this i would say is the most important stretch of games in the season for us. our next 8 games or so are very winnable games. this IS our chance to jump up in to the european spots. i hope im not disappointed after these next 8 or so games. COYB!!!!!!

Psychologically it puts a bounce in your step when you're sitting 8th, rather than fending off relegation talk. I'd rather be looking up the table than down. I think if we can put a little daylight between us and the bottom three, the pressure is off and the boys will put together a strong run.

There's so little difference between the teams and the margin for error is so slim. We've been up and down emotionally for quite some time now. I'm hoping they steady themselves and just get the job done and keep getting it done.
