James McClane there in an interview on rte2.

What a man.

I’m presuming you mean the James McClean interview where he tells Declan rice to sod off and play for somebody else because they only want fully committed people ? Presumably Because rice has changed his international loyalty . I’m just checking but didn’t mcclean play like half a dozen games for Northern Ireland u21’s before he himself sodded off and jumped ship to the republic ?

Great to see Ireland actually try and play football again. Little link ups forming all over the park and very positive signs for the future.

Delighted for Big Mick, one of football’s best characters and he’s already proven to be a significant upgrade on O’Neill.

I wish he was my Da.

I think there is certainly a lot more positivity than there was . Mick is incredibly likeable and I hope he’s a roaring success both because of who he’s managing and because of the man himself .

It’s been a good start from Mick and last night has reminded us fans that we do still have some footballers out there!

6 points was essential in the first 2 games and if we can take 4 out of the next 2 then we will be in a good spot indeed.

Yes. He's made isn't he. Love it. He's a rebel.

He sure did. Which is why he is suggested that Rice should do exactly what he did and only play for a country if you are committed to it. No contradiction there at all.
