While I personally can not contemplate wanting us to lose, it's really nothing new.

Remember the rows over the City game which may have been crucial to Liverpool winning the title?

I think it's daft, like. How can you want Everton to not win?
In a dead rubber when us losing ruins the lives of the most obnoxious fanbase on this earth? All....Day....Long

I find these debates hilarious in general. Games are not easy to win, so it's not like we choose to put a strong team and win automatically. I think Sunderland and Norwich will beat us simply because they have far more fight in them. Bournemouth is a tossup since both are safe. And are we seriously thinking we can beat Leicester?

I would pick a team for EFC's long term objectives. Firstly, win if possible. Secondly, blood new talent whenever possible. Since it's not like Lukaku wants to play for us anyway, I rather we play Dowell and other available talented youngsters, and we might actually win because of that. Of course, do you think Martinez or whoever handling the team for the rest of the season would do that?

Some inept performances from us against Norwich and Sunderland could see Newcastle go down.
I honestly think our best chance for a W in the run in of games is Leicester. We'll be up for it. SUnderland is in the midst of their annual escaping relegation form and they'll take us down 2-1 on two OGs. No one wants to be there for Bournemouth but we'll nick a draw. Norwich - starjumps will be in goal, we could lose 5 nil
