I am sitting here with a lovely warm inner glow. This collection is historic and world class. It has been described as the most comprehensive collection of any sports fan worldwide. I advise anyone regardless of support to view it. It rocks.

it wont get anywhere near the new stadium, its liverpool records office bound.

and its the most detailed and thorough collection of historic artefact/merchendise (sp) that has ever been assembled for any specific football club in the world.

how has it taken over three years to stump up a couple of million quid?

the club and some of the board contributed, but the actual collection got a grant from the lottery.

bill didnt want the club to own it because if some investor like shinawatra or the hicks/other bellend combo were to take over, they could legally split it up and auction it off.

i wonder if the club has an official position for continuing to contribute to the collection, after all, in 60 years time how will blues feel about this chapter in the everton story.
