For example he did a good job at Celtic and made them champions with a solid defence. His teams never lack fight and passion, something that we are lacking.

Neil Lennon have done just that - straight to the top with Celtic. Moore is a nice guy playing good football and will surely win promotion with WBA so that ticks the right boxes.
