If Everton

We need a few hundred million for a stadium and another couple of hundred million to build up the squad so that we can compete with those at the top of the table.

£500,000,000 ought to do it.

The investment we need isn't slight.

of course is isn't..

but what I mean is.. if we would have spent 6-10m on a striker who got us 10/15 goals last season ( because of jelavics dry spell ) that would have been enough for top four

look at how close our results where? one extra striker who scores goals would have been enough. If Jelavic for eg had the season like he did in his first, we would be in the champions league this year im sure of it

I refuse to buy anything from Everton or pay to watch Everton, and have done for atleast five seasons. I love Everton, but it just doesn't feel the same anymore, I don't get the excitement as much as I did a few years back, and its all because of the hurt and lies the club feeds us, and the disappointment of not pushing on when the time is right. We keep missing boat after boat.

Until BK sorts investment (which he bangs on about hes been trying for years) then I can't be bothered investing in Everton either

1-- The answer to your reply to me is YES.

2-- For the above post, you wont spend anything on the club but you want others to.

Doesn't seem fair really.

I don't ask any fan to spend on the club

What I do ask if that if we as fans invest in the club I ask for the club to invest in the fans.. ie show ambiton

They didn't show me any return for my investment so.. F it

No mate we don,t...we need an owner who can come to the table with his own money or a credit line that can stick 20-30M into the club each season. The council would work with us on a new ground but they wont touch this lot who are looking for a free ride and a bump up on there shares before they cash out.

So if we find someone willing to donate £20-30m a year, that would allow us an extra 2/3 top players including wages over a 5 year period. Which would probably still place us about 6th in the league based on the amount spent on our squad.

It wouldn't change things as dramatically as you might think.

So basically Moyes only hung around waiting for the United job and put up with the sh1t for the sake of a good reputation.
