Just read this. Quite enjoy his books, finished his most recent, The Steep Approach to Garbadale, about a month ago. The Crow Road is good but The Wasp Factory is an amazing book. I'd strongly recormmend it, even it is slightly disturbing. Not ready any of his Sci-fi stuff. A shame really, he's relatively young but I admire his attitude to the situation.

Awful news

"Wasp Factory" is fantastic. About half way through "Crow Road" and have "The Bridge" to start after that.

He did a great book about tasting Whiskey as well.

Sad news. Really rate "The Wasp Factory" and "The Crow Road". ****ing cancer. Found out yesterday a family member has just two months to live from it as well.
