Just watching the 'race walking' or whatever it's called. They are supposed to keep one foot on the floor at all times.

The cameras just caught 3 of them lifting both feet, effectively running. One has just been disqualified.

Bit of a pointless event when loads of people are pretty much cheating. Just seen the Russians won it in the end.

On a positive note, that Welsh lad did fantastic winning gold on the track. Throughly deserved it and was just immense throughout.

That's one of those sports I've never figured out. You have to walk but you arent really walking, more like messed up jogging. And then your supposed to be as fast as you can. Why not just run? Who in their right mind would start a hobby like that.

It looks quite weird to watch. Like when people who are about to board a plane do the 'race walk' thing to get on first. Moving as fast as they can whilst avoiding the full on 'run' which would be seen as over the top.

Also just watched some Tennis highlights in the build up to the Paralympics. The rules are the same except the ball is allowed to bounce twice. It was very graceful and elegant to watch and simply amazing how they covered the ground in the wheelchairs . The Dutch are the bosses at it though, can't be stopped.

Is this the one where Ortis Deley was sacked from?

If you can't see this video below, search Ortis Deley presenting masterclass

I've just laughed my arse off for 3 and a half minutes.

I had no idea, I only caught the last few days and that chap from T4 was presenting and did quite a good job.

Poor fella. He was **** though. Haha.
