Fair enough, the last one was a bit back so I thought it might have been time for a reminder but I don't want to make a nuisance of myself. Did you have a competition in mind? Never one to refuse a free plug, me

There's goals in them there boots. Show your support for our record signing and his fellow Nigerian internationals Joey and Victor with one of these limited edition - and exceptionally smart - t-shirts.

Cheap to you sir, and available in S,M,L,XL and XXL.

lad , dunno bout the t shirts , and not arsed about nigeria , but as for making a centre forward , im decidely unimpressed . he seems to spend most of his time stuck to the touch line , whereby im [Poor language removed] if i can see how he'll get even 10 goals from there . moreover , the best partnerships are those where the protagonists are no more than say 10/15 yards between them . this fella is rarely within sight never mind touching distance . i love everton , and i hope he makes it , tho right now , i get our money back . as i say , i hope im wrong . lcab (y)

Can't argue too much with that mate. His goals record says he'll come good and I think he will, thing is that a player like him offers nothing for the team in games when he doesn't score. The improvement when they get Big Victor on, who chases every ball and harrasses defenders, is clear at the moment. Did you spot that on sunday in the first half when he was dead sprightly chasing back to get on a loose ball, played a lovely ball down the line to mcfadden, then just ambled forward at walking pace while mcfadden was clearly looking to get it in the box? Funny kind of striker does that!

lad , yes i [Poor language removed] did !! im not trying to case him , honest . i just don't see the proof in the pudding rite now . me an me mate are fallin out over it . for an international , his positional play alone , is diabolical . as for victor , agreed , still not ready for 90 mins , tho defo potential . vaughany's the kidda . back as fast as we can . lcab (y)

I find it quite incredible the amount of fans jumping on the Yak, his display yesterday was not earth shattering but it wasn't that bad either. Any of you can check the threads on this board, Chico and myself stood alone in not wanting him at GP, he is here now, live with it cus you've got no choice. Bad mouthing him will only serve to cost us even more money when we try and get shut!(y)

watching the consumate ease at which woodgate did it ALL DAY has possibly set an example.

maybe he just isnt fit, maybe his family havnt settled, new house, new schools, new area new friends.

maybe he wants chances put on a plate because he isnt willing to work to create, the bolton goal was a tap in, the wednesday goal the defence went to sleep.

where are the scorchers he powered in like the ones against chelsea at boro last season? we havnt seen even a sniff of such prowess and composure.
