know a lad who had his own little business, sandwich shop, who used to serve this fella daily with lunch until one day the same fella turned up with letter off PRS stating how he'd been monitored breaking the law on a daily basis by having his radio on in the background. Cost him his business in the end as he couldn't afford the 10k fine. Serious.
