I must admit, I feared the worst at first and whilst im sure people are hurt, hopefully not anybody seriously, it appears, as tho its an accident.

Based upon what I'm hearing on the news, there was a number of firefighters who had responded to the blast before that second one (from the video). There are confirmed loss of life, and 50-75 houses and business damaged.

Probably not, when these type of things go up its usually an accident. You have to wonder why such a factory was apparently in a built-up area though.

It's in a town of 2,800 people 20 or so miles from Waco, TX. So not in a too densely populated area, but still incredibly odd for it to be so close to everything in this small town.
 
Educated guess, basing it off the size of town, is that was accidental.
