I claim the most spurious argument for "bigger club".. I believe that the number of days since the 13th of October 1894 to the present day whereby Everton were top dog on Merseyside is greater than the number of days the RS can claim to be top dog*

* based entirely on the number of days Everton held the "Derby champion" until Liverpool won which enabled them to be "Champion" until Everton won back the "title".
