I see they've already decided they're winning the league after beating QPR, drawing with Burnley and Sunderland and losing to Swansea. Facebook is full of the melts.

Agree, it is great having such talented and expensive attacking options but it is a waste to have them sat on the bench so the temptation is to include them all leading to top-heavy team.Is there enough about those teams to stop them getting bummed and losing 6-5? Some of those formations have like 7 attacking players
Just a burger mateSeen Rooney in Edge Lane Maccies before surely he shouldn't be eating maccies two days before a game.
Decent win.... But so it should be for £200 million....
yes, they have gone a bit over the top kopite-like haven't they?I see they've already decided they're winning the league after beating QPR, drawing with Burnley and Sunderland and losing to Swansea. Facebook is full of the melts.
Fair enough. It was a good performance from your lot, although QPR is really nothing special and at this stage look set to go down unless they properly sort themselves out. Its what I've always said, you'll be in the mix for 4th and Europe but won't go anywhere near top two as they just have not only quality across the whole pitch but also quality in depth. United however, whilst they look better in Midfield are still likely to be very suspect at the back and will ship a few, not to mention you just don't have the depth in either the midfield or defence should injury hit you hard.I posted this in the other thread:
Got very drunk watching the United game, didn't originally plan to! I was happy with the performance, Daley Blind is going to prove such an important player - it's so nice having a midfield again!
Di Maria is immense and will get better. I am not going to read too much into the result as it's against QPR but at least we played positive football, it's been a long time.
Buzzing at the moment, so much excitement surrounding the club now - still think 4th is a realistic target, we won't get near the league title - it's too soon. I hope we can pip Liverpool or Arsenal (or Everton) to it (Chelsea and City will make the top 2 with ease).
I still think, hand on heart, we'll fail to make the top 4 though.

Going to be interesting to see how they fare against an organised outfit.

Above us on GD... you're buzzing about that? It's funny really, we were the "next Leeds" according to some in here a few weeks ago yet we're above Everton on goal difference, and 1 point behind last season's runners up Liverpoo.
Plus, we have no European or League Cup football which will cause fatigue/injuries.
It's going to get very interesting from here on. Who do Everton and Liverpool play next? We've got a tough trip to Leceister.
