My first game must have been when Johnny Carey was there - don't remember him though. I was 6 when he was sacked!

I saw us win the league in 87, remember the 86 cup final. Don't really remember 85 sadly

Kendall onwards for me.

My first match was the game in between Harvey being sacked and Kendall replacing him.

I wonder to myself now excited Evertonians must of been that we would be back on top again soon with the club's greatest ever manager being back at the helm. At the very least more excited than his third spell, which seemed depressingly tiresome from the moment he was appointed.

I remember me and my dad jumping up and down with excitement.

I was born in Cattericks reign, but can't really remember anything from then. My first recollection was watching us beat QPR 4-0 on MOTD

I was born in '76. My first memory of Everton was watching the 1984 FA Cup final, right in the middle of Kendall's first spell.

I was born 10 days after the ECWC win in Rotterdam.

I was born in the same week I think, in the same boat as you. The only thing I can remember us winning is the 95 FA Cup, that's sad really.

Born 74, Vaguely remember Gordon Lee, went to first game 1980 at Goodison.

first kendall from 1982.stint,watched on match of the day and knew i was hooked.living in childrens home in nelson at the time.saved up my spending money and annoyed a care worker that much they had to take me to goodison.been going ever since and always will.once a blue always a blue.through the good the bad and the ugly times,but always bought and wore the shirt with pride regardless of the outcome of games and the derbies.Still got every single shirt i have ever bought.what a collection,lol.

CAREY was before the Cat, so I was born an Evertonian - evidently he had us playing lovely football towards the end of his management fetched Bobby Collins to us who I never seen but belive was a fantastic little player only wore size 5 football boots.Sold him to Leeds what a player then coach for them he became!!!!!
The Cat like Bally sold him far to early, but the Cat produced two great title winning teams teams
