Not great. I've got a ruptured cyst in my neck and I'm in A&E as I'm worried I'm going to get sepsis. Also, it feckin' kills. It feels, and looks, like there's a large marble under my skin just beneath my ear.

Pretty good all considered, cheers matey. I've got an appointment to have it drained and surgically removed first thing on Monday morning and some strong antibiotics until then. Back home already. God bless the NHS

Weaponized incompetence I always believed was passive aggressive behaviour. But 'gatekeeping' is a newish idea on a similar line, asking and or expecting unrealistic goals.
Why is it so difficult for people to simply admit they either don't get on or not care enough to provide any further effort?
