They both got to the top but have been allowed to drift with the basketball team disappearing, time will tell what becomes of the Blue Birds.

Bristol Ladies would beat Bristol City ffs.

I would like to see more of it in all seriousness, as the standard is pretty good now. I remember watching a ladies match years ago on TV, and it was utter tosh. Half decent now.

I'm not really arsed about the women's team purely because the standard is poor, if the standard got better I might take interest but it just doesn't interest me just as the likes of bog standard championship games garner no interest from me. To be honest though I'd rather we scrapped the rules saying female players can't play for the men's teams and give them the chance to work their way into the full side, granted I don't see girls being up to much as keepers, centre halves or target men but I reckon they could succeed as Osman (stop laughing at the back) type players: physicality of a 13 year old but good technique and footballing intelligence to make up for their failings

Have to be honest, I don't mind watching women's matches. I'm interested in it mainly due to some of the women being attractive, rather than for the quality of football on display.

I think its crazy to say women's football will never be popular. It's grown dramatically in the last few years thanks to a few quality players such Morgan, Rapinoe, Sinclair, Sawa, etc. It just needs more players of their quality become more common. At the moment there are too many Osmans and too few Agueros. As the quality rises so will the popularity, it just needs time and resources.

I can watch the women's world cup because their is finally a final 6 that can win the WC. The footie isn't all that great (but miles better than it was just 12 years ago) but its pretty exciting with plenty of 3-2 and 4-3 knockout matches.
