How do you include an image/video within your reply/post?

is it with the manage attachments button?

I haven't been able to get that to work. I click 'add files' but when I click OK a popup comes up saying I haven't dragged and dropped any files. But I can't drag said 'uploaded' pics for example into anywhere.

Please help.

What I want to be able to do is paste a video link or image directly into a post.

There are 3 buttons next to each other - "Insert Link", "Insert Image" and "Insert Video". When you click on one of them, a pop-up box comes up and you should copy your said link in it (with the "http://" part) in the box, then click OK.
Voila, you have your image/video/link pasted.
