I like Earl Grey - I have to use unsweetened oat milk too - so my insulin works - Milk is 30 % sugar in Lactose - many people are lactose intolerant .... tea bag in a mug & oat milk for us ....

…always make a pot of tea, never with a single tea bag in a cup. Milk in the cup first, never had sugar.

The weird thing is I always leave a bit at the bottom of the cup, a throw back to tea leaves growing up yet I still leave it to this day.

Absolutely! Earl Grey is the worst thing I have ever tasted, had none. When I come to power it will be banned.

Tastes a bit like soap I think. Darjeeling is nice, and that redbush tea. Decaff too.
