If that makes you sick then I suggest a sense of proportion might serve you well in life (y)

You crack me up Dave. Check out the graph below. It shows how many more seats Labour would have won in previous elections with exactly the same number of votes as the Tories.

And yet still you try and pretend that it's the Tories screwing everyone over. You've got some nerve I'll give you that

The Tories have a greater share of the popular vote, but are against PR because they'll have to share power. Therefore, they'll redraw the constituencies instead.

And the existing arrangements are benefiting Labour, not because they drew them that way, but because it's the arrangements of the boundary commision to keep some logical relationship between the geography of local council authorities and parliamentary constituencies.

End of story.

The Unions won't really move beyond vocal opposition until public opinion swings against the coalition. That may take eighteen months. Why? Well, people sense that cuts are a Good Thing and won't really get it until it's their Granny who loses out with her benefits, or their brother who loses his job, or their child who can't get extra tuition, or their A & E unit which closes.

The Labour Party isn't perfect by any means, but it's the best chance for this country. Join up and act.

The Tories are like the slime which coats your throat. It takes an awful lot of coughing and hacking before you can spit it out. Be one of the coughers and hackers!

Where are those pesky villagers with their flaming torches when you need them?

Brilliant
