How do I unsubscribe from threads?

I first put "send me an e-mail everytime I someone comments on a thread I have commented on" but then I stopped all e-mails coming as I was getting too many. But it still sends me e-mails from the one I commented on when I had "end me an e-mail everytime I someone comments on a thread I have commented on".

Anyone know how to stop that? Thanks.
