How can we move foward ?

Again you don't make sense.

In order to build you need money and investment.

Who's coming in to do that? Who's gonna come in and pump money on or find it based on FUTURE revenue?

And you expect this to be done in less than 10 years? You expect the board as it is now to do this?

You are clutching at straws and are massively confused

As for the fair play thing...who gives a **** if you can spend millions on infrastructure because if we can, others can and are doing like Citeh are....

So again, where do we get money based on on future revenues to rebuild goodison park with no investor and no help from the bank?

City will be liquidating "assets" they have now to balance the books. Expecting to see a mass sell off. Watch this space.

I'm not confused. Because I know what DEBT and LIABILITIES are.

And as for money coming in, that is INVESTMENT based on equity.

That is the definition of the investor. Someone who will put money in because he knows the result will be the value of the asset will be greater than the investment.

That is why with a stadium redevelopment, more revenue, the ability to acquire assets organically. We'll be an even bigger asset to that investor.

To put it in SIMPLE terms for you to understand:

Kenwright is like Spain. In the sovereign debt crisis.

He's sat their but the liabilities are potentially mounting up. He has an escape route, not yet urgently needing to take it but considering options. That specific route would mean he would have to accept worse recompense to what they desire to avoid a default.

Essentially Kenwright et al would have to accept a reduction in the asking price. That is inevitable.

And it won't take 10 years either.

The Survival Guide For A Board Debate:

You put your Ken-right in, your Ken-wrong out,

Board in, Board out and you shake it all about,

You Spoof for an hour and you turn around,

That's what it's all about,

Oh Ibrahrima Bakayoko, Oh Ibrahimha Bakayoko.................................

Pretty much your topsy-turvy approach summed up mate.

Kenwright and co. have to do precisely **** all other than to sit and wait out a buyer. If the club are mid-table and the manager remains happy, this thing can carry on trundling for a good few years yet.

Fan unrest on the back of stagnation/deterioration can expedite matters like.

To be fair, it probably reads more like the minutes from a KEIOC meeting.

One thing the lids should be getting from the current economic crisis on the global stage. Is that things can change very quickly.

Sell Billy would be a start. Some Russian team just belted 13m on Zhirkov, surely we can get 9 for Billy? What's the point of him even being on the bench whilst Phil Neville is playing right wing??? No left wingers, no right wingers, what do Spurs do? Width.

Again, it's the walk before you can run....

Only kenwright is selling up, the rest are looking for a payday

So basically, said investor must buy Everton on the cheap in hope that the 100milion+ that he invests in all that you are asking will make him money....

Then what happens on the field? Unless money is gambled on the future revenue, we still have no money for players. To which this has been pointed out, and to which you've said "youth". But that still leaves the club stagnant on the field while waiting for things to get built and push forward around them as clubs can spend anything they want on young players

Addition to all that, you say this can be done overnight, a couple of years. Then you still want the board to sell and wonder why it hasn't happened yet.

As pointed out, you say things that COULD be done but forget about what is happening....nothing. What you see as room to
to grow, others see it as a lot of money spent where little return is made unless you're a massive world wide club

You're almost talking rebuilding from scratch to be fair, asking a millionaire to come in and rebuild everton fc.

And this will take a couple of years apparantly.....

Also, you have looked at buying a mortgage on a house? Wikipedia it mate and you'll find a lot of similarities between what you want to happen quickly with everton, and what will more likely happen and how long it will take in building for the future.

Hell even the RS haven't moved anywhere yet and won't so for another 5 years on the back of Planning a move 5 years ago...

obviously we need investment, but i also think we need fresh ideas at the top. i would like to have a new manager and backroom staff to include attack minded coaches and not all defenders. i don't agree with the style moyes plays and would like to see a manager who likes the team to play through the midfield instead of over it. just my opinion.

I've been meeting more and more people that share your view mate.

Playing Neville in right midfield will result in even more thinking it too.

We need a defence that want a job done to mean clean sheets. Concede as few as possible to take the pressure off the attackers. Get back to the good old days of grinding wins out one - nil.
Win 19 home games 1 - 0.
Draw 19 away games 0 - 0.
76 points.
Europe a certainty.
