I don't think he will be going btw but I'm a big fan of screwing the potential buyer over as much as possible. Especially when it comes to the Mancs :)

I think even Billy boy would be reluctant to sell Coleman unless an offer too good to turn down was made. Coleman seems the type to be settled and we'll grounded but hey, supposedly a man Utd fan so you never know his head could be turned. We would get big big dollar for him and his slack jaw though so I ain't too worried.

It's the business model of most clubs in the world.

Buy/bring through players and (hopefully) sell them at a profit.

If the really want him and he really wants to go, it will happen. Anything over 25 is great business.

The price they paid for Luke Shaw has nothing to do with this deal, though I understand why people want to use it as a benchmark.

Jamie Jackson of the Guardian is saying he's a £20m target for United in January.
Can't see us taking £20m for him, and i cant see us selling in January.

It says a lot about how we have slumped.

Coleman was an absolute legend for most last season. Couldn't have seen him leave in a million years.

Now he is as average as anyone in an average performing team and doesn't cross the ball into the box at the end of a game and people wanna sell him.

I think this could be a goer if we need to sell someone then he might go but I don't think selling him would be anything other than a backward step.

Hope it doesn't happen but then again I hoped we wouldn't sell Fellaini and we got McCarthy , hoped we wouldn't sell Barmby and we got Vinny Samways.

We have arguably the best attacking full back in the league and people are talking like they want to sell him?

I'd be reluctant to let him go. We have nobody to replace him with. If he does go, it needs to be for ridiculous money so we can buy a full back who can be just as good, as well as a winger/goalkeeper.
