On the right, on the right, Seamus Coleman
On the right he will run past you,
On the right, on the right Seamus Coleman
Seamus Coleman is the white cafu

(same tune to stuck with moyes)

you need to work in him being from Donegal.

A lot of lids seem to be confused about that.

On the right, 60 grand, Seamus Coleman
From Donegal, he will run past you,
On the right, 60 grand, Seamus Coleman
Seamus Coleman is the white cafu

Felt so sorry for Phil Jones on Sunday. It must be hard playing at right back for a Premier League side and having to deal with the fact that no matter how hard you run your socks off, you're not Seamus.

Kevin Kilbane has just said on Five Live that Seamus Coleman was always going to develop into the player he was now regardless of the input of Roberto Martinez. As clear as daylight.

I think Seamus was handled well by Moyes. He took a chance on him, gave him time playing as a midfielder which allowed him to develop the attacking side of his game, gave him time to adjust at the back despite some defensive errors early on. I don't necessarily think Moyes did anything intentional to make sure Seamus developed the way he did, but he didn't screw it up which isn't always easy.

Seamus flourishes under Roberto's system, but he was very near the complete player in terms of ability last season.

Seamus was outstanding at Blackpool. When he has had coaches who concentrate on the positives, he advanced in leaps and bounds. Seamus made it under Moyes because he is THAT good.

Playinmg him out of position did not develop him as well as playimg him where he played all his football.

Moyes did well with Coleman, for me. Maybe he could have put him in the team earlier with the horrendously useless Hibbert keeping his place too long, but he blooded Seamus well, wisely sent him out on loan to get invaluable experience and put him in the team once he felt he deserved it. His attacking displays this year have surely been helped no end by him being played on the right of midfield by Moyes. 60k for Seamus, my good gosh! He's worth 20m!

He's a treat to watch, I shall have to eat my hat because I once proudly stated the kid would never be a right back. It's great to be proved wrong on a massive scale, he's a beast.

He's amazing, baffled at how someone can have such energy levels. Paying the money to see him going up and down the right is worth it alone. Improving defensively every month aswell. What a find he was!
