If so whats the verdict?

Any other recommendations?

Too sugary for me. Nice kick but el azucar!!!

I quite like this american buffalo wing sauce I found (Franks I think?). A few good glugs of that, a big wedge of butter heated up and poured over wings. Ace.

I also got some amazing habanero sauce from some craft fair thing that I'll probably never see again. It's the best thing I've ever had and I've only got about an inch left, devastating.

For the butter tip - a great big thankyou.
Now, the Habanero sauce must have a label.... there's a great big kiss in the ether....

Hot sauce and butter is perfection. I could drink it.

I can't remember what the sauce is called, it's just some local guy that bottles it and sells it around the markets here I think. I'll have a look when I get back - it's something bad like Cragg Vale Chillis. He also does an amazing chipotle sauce with honey. Fantastic. He probably has a website actually, I'll look later.

It's OK. Bit on the sweet side. I know it's considered a classic by many.

I'm a big fan of these. These guys really know how to delay the kick so you get a proper flavour other than just "hot". The hot naga (delicious) and the original mega hot (only needs a few drops) are both cupboard essentials for me. The ultra-hot is a bit silly though.
