Its Easter and these delicacies were once aimed at cheering up the populace after Lent fasting.

I adore HCB, especially toasted with lashings of butter or alternatively with toast cheese, my mouth waters at the very thought. Do you like them, do you have them in your part of the world if not what is your alternative
