Trolljegeren / Troll Hunter. Boss norwegian film in the 'found footage' style, a bit like Blair Witch but good.

Rubber - A tale about Robert, a telepathic tyre who goes on a psychotic rampage. [Poor language removed] yeah.

What kind do you like?

Recently i've watched :

Frankenstein (1931). Classic. Sure its dated but some scenes in it have never been bettered in any subsequent version.

Timber Falls : A young couple go hiking in the woods and meet the locals. Its incredibly unoriginal but one of the better films of this type i've seen.

Hostel 3 : Don't watch this its **** bar 1 or 2 good visuals.

Grave Encounters : A local tv team who fake paranormal encounters spend the night in an old abandoned mental hospital. You can guess what happens. Ok.

I spit on your grave. Do not watch the remake, its awful. But do watch the original.

Last house on the left. The remake of this is worth watc hing though as is the original. As is A Virgin Spring which is steals its story from.

Haven't seen it yet but just watching the trailor with the 'hunter' woman in the mask freaks me out.

Ignore Nik as that film is wrong on every level.

Here's a list of horror movies and a rating of 1-5. 1 being not scary 5 being scary

Scream 1 - 2 scares - a bit teeny, but if you're new to horrors its a great way to start. Ignore Scream 2,3 and 4 as they are basically the same.

Hostel - 3 scares - Not so much scary as a bit gory. Very good though. I won't go to Slovakia because of it. And it's got hot birds in it too.

Road Kill - 3 scares - Yes it has Paul Walker in it, but it's not sh*t. Not gory at all but builds suspense really well. I often scare mrs ijjy by saying 'CANDY CANE' in a scary voice. Really sh*ts her up!

The Hills Have Eyes - 5 scares - now I can't deal with horror films that have mutated people in - and this has shed loads of them. But the character Doug is the ultimate move hero.

Wrong Turn - 3 scares - basically a lighter version of the Hills Have Eyes

Freddie vs Jason - 2 scares - The 2 horror heavyweights go at it in this. Not that scary but they have an ace fight in it.

Wolf Creek - 3 scares - Mainly scary as I think it's based on a true story. I dont really rate this one though.

Ichy the Killer - n/a - not seen it but apparently quite horrific.

Everton Vs Bolton - 6 scares - worst horror film I've ever seen.

You can watch the classics like the Friday the 13th's, Halloweens and Nightmare On Elm Streets but my list gives you a few alternatives.

I literally will go no where near Slovakia because of Hostel. And when I think back on it, this girl who I met three years ago in Magaluf (French Algerian) who kept trying to get me back to her apartment, still talks to me on occasion and has ties in Slovakia (think she lives there or has a house, bf is a massive Slovakian grock), was well dodgy. I got her back and got naughty with her in my apartment aswell first, a classic way to start off a Hostel film. Then for a few nights after she was insistant I go back to hers alone but I declined. All over her profile are pictures of her getting with foreign western guys. Keeps telling me we should meet in Paris.

**** that for a laugh.

My mate in Krakow got 'propositioned' by two stunning birds (he was by himself as we'd all got ****ed and gone off somewhere). He's a good looking lad who does well with girls so he thought he was well in there. They took him too some empty bar down a flight of staires. Just him, the girls, a bouncer and a barman who brought over three cocktails. They kept trying to get him to drink it and he took a sip and he all he said was it tasted 'like the dentist' and didnt drink anymore of it. Obviously something to knock him out. They then charged him the equivalent of 80 quid for the drinks, of course he declined and was then threatened and when he got his wallet out to pay the girls tried to grab his money. Got away with paying the 80 odd quid and managed to make a swift exit. Dodgy ****.

I've seen almost every film posted :(

and i think audition tops a serbian film.

Pffft, you just created this thread so you could show off about seeing every horror film ever made, didn't you.

ADMIT IT!

Agree with Orphan being super.

Other notable ones High Tension/Switchblade Romance and Night Watch (and sequel Day Watch)

I thought the original Funny Games was about as unsettling as cinema gets - though some asian horror films have genuinely scared me, Noroi and The House among them.
