To put Nyarko in the same breath as this "person" is a bit unfair to Nyarko. He had his own problems in his head which affected him big time.

I remember seeing him play on a number of occasions and for someone touted as "Viera without the attitude (we were burnt on that one)" he pullled out of so many midfield tackles I felt that we had to sell him.

Funny enough, in his mad state and before becoming a born again christian, he cited his white wife as a reason for Evertonians not liking him. Forget the fact that most of us didn't even know he was married, he's now a reverend married to a black woman.

But the only similarity with Mbia is that they are both from the continent of Africa.

Spot on. No similarities whatsoever bar the continent they come from.

Nyarko was simply Confused by God's messages.
 
Was only joking, ezzzzzzzzzz lids. Whenever i think of a player who didnt want to play for us, i think of Nyarko, regardless of race or religion.

The man had many demons, im aware of this.
 

For me, it sounds like M'Bia wasn't the type of player that would fit in with the rest of the squad.

We don't have any players that have that type of attitude and all it takes is one to come in and ruin the dressing room.

He may be a very good player but let him go to a squad full of prima donnas.

Everton's too good for him.

Sorry to start a none fight, but its not being oversensitive. The statement of Nyarko Mk II was incorrect in relation to Mbia, and all I did was point this out.

The only similarity is that they are from the same continent. It shouldn't mean that they are the same in terms of personality trait.

I've seen enough of Mikelsgoats posts over the past year to know that he's not inclined to insensitive posts, Ok, Davek excluded :P.

Funny, yes, insensitive, never:o. He has no need to apologise but given the more macho approach taken by GOT to infractions, we do need to ensure that our words are not taken to mean something that it was never intended to mean.
