People have slowly accepted paying stupid money for honey, so corruption creeps in as crooks see the opportunity for a slice and profiteering. Just as cheating increased in football as Sky money poured in. It's called free market capitalism - docwhat you like til you get caught, then carry on knowing there are enough dumb people to carry on handing you a living.

So long as government get a slice via tax, they'll turn a blind eye.

Manuka Honey is the best bet probably sourced on the net - my wife & son use it in today's etc I can't as a diabetic...
