Hi I'm a 51 yr old true Blue husband, Father and Grandfather, who's been supporting Everton FC since 1965 when my Dad took me to Goodison Park for a Christmas Pressy,we beat Fulham 2-0 (D Temple A Young).
I was hooked from then on, seeing as we went on to win the FA Cup that season. I've seen the good times and the bloody awful times, but win,draw or loose, I follow the Blues.
My boyhood hero's was Alan Ball although I loved Joe Royal and worshiped the Vision, Labone,Latch, Dobo, Sharpy, McKenzie, Ried, BUT when Alan Ball came to us after winning the World Cup it was one of the best feeling I can remember as a kid.
My favorite player today is the Big Fella, altough I do think Leon Osman is a unsung hero, local lad and a good Blue,
