He's worth about 40k a week I'd say, which would reflect his potential.

But Everton can't even afford to take that chance, not with the 5m or so he'd cost in combo / signing on fees etc.

Monchengladbach will be good for him, plus he'll be playing in the CL next season, can't complain him joining them, the Bundesliga is a great league.
