Hoilett would be the type of signing David Moyes loves to make,young ,talented and inexpensive(3m is nothing for this kind of player). A player that could improve a lot and still have a big resale value in four years time.
It will of course depend on the other teams interested and what his demands are.
If we could sell Yobo and Anichebe then it is a deal that should be affordable.

Thats very true, but his hands are tied sadly. Yobo and Anichebe arent going anytime soon, so will be too late for Hoilett.

Yobo must have the worst agent ever. Either that or the club are just awful at alerting other clubs to their players availability, either that or Yobo can't get the same wages he's on at Everton, so is quite happy running down his contract.

The stupid thing is he is good defender. I've seen far worse players get moves much easier.

Good point, although I imagine the disparity between valuations is considerably less between us and Spurs than it is between us and Fenerbache.
