Hit the bar

Won this today for the Portsmouth game.

Took some stick in the pub after about the idea of a little fat fella trying to hit the bar (don't they realise ive been doing it for over 30 years)

After some thought, i worked out that it if my dad (R.I.P) had won it when i was a kid, he would of let me take it (even though, like every one of us, he would of loved to do it himself)

I've told my 13 yr old lad that if he behaves for the next fortnight i'll take him on to OUR pitch and let him thave a go (not promising that i wont nick the ball off him and just score one in the st end though)

Such dreams have filled my life forever

If it's at the st. end then I shall film away, as it's the last game I shall take my video camera in (yes Danny the stewards are jobsworths enough to tell me to put it away), don't know if I'll manage the straight to youtube from the phone though as they seem to take ages to upload but, i'll be able to give a 'match report' straight after the event. Goat sits just to the side of the goal so he could get a good shot of it as well.
I'll upload to youtube on my return and post it on here for you, my fees are reasonable, but any flat on your arse type events will be sent to some show first.

all the pre-planning will obviously be a waste of time if they hike you down the Park End, so maybe a contingency is needed as well.

Not a chance, i'd fall flat on my arse. Letting my lad take them.

The only bar i'm planning on hitting is in St Francis's before & after the match
