I see hes on Everton TV! I have a feeling his interviews will get better, because you can tell hes immensely talented, and all during the interview he shows flashes of talent!

Now back to the footballers Castillo is playing tonight in a werid looking line up that icludes Vaughan, Vic and young skywalker will be intresting to see who plays on the wing! Could Vic be being grommed for a right wing berth!

It is very interesting, I'd expect Vic to play outwide.

To be fair to him his technique and touch have improved dramatically, he's actually starting to prove alot of people wrong.

I've always liked him, he's got the talent to be a very effective striker for me. I'd like to see more of him on the wing though. When he came on against Fulham he played on the right.

Ive always liked him to mate, i was extreamly impressed with him when he played out wide. But Vaughans the boy up front hes a rare talent.

Vaughan is definatly better, I have no doubts about that to be honest.

Vic is definatly more advanced at the moment because of the amount of football he's played compared Vaughan.

Both hopefully have futures at this club.

Certainly Vic has benifited from the expierence i think interantional football and the Oylimpics have done wonders for him too!

Vaghan is the future though, he is going to be a legend here, im laughing my ass of at all the cirticism of him lately! He is without doubht quality! Two seasons ago when we qualified for the Uefa he was by far our best player when he got into the side. The lads all round game i believe will be better then anyones in the first team when the time is right for him.

Physically and in terms of intelligence Vaughan is spot on. He's quick and he times his runs very well despite his age. Some of the runs he was making in 06/07 where top draw.

He does need to work on his touch and technique, naturally because of injuries. It will come though, he's proven before that he's a quick learner.

I remember Vaghan and Agbonlahor breaking through in the same season, for me there was no comparrison who was the better player Vaghan by a country mile it makes you think seeing the recognition Agbhonlohor has recieved! Like you say, hes lacked the education and expierence of football, but he really excites me, his innate abilites are immense - Quality, Movement, Pace, Commitment, Tenciaty, Mobility hes top drawer.

Agbonlahor just isn't very good, he never has been. He's got alot of pace but that's about it. Villa fans would tell you exactly the same thing, he's very overrated.

Ive always thought that, but when i speak of recognition wasnt he called up to the full England sqaud! Just an example of the develoopment Vaughan has missed out on!

Just proves how [Poor language removed] England are to be honest. No hopers like Gabby Agbonlahor are nearly getting picked.

Disagree with that myself -- Agbonlahor is a quality young striker, but like Walcott, reminds me of a winger than an out and out striker which is why he wont get an England call up (too many experienced wide players). The reason why he's flourishing is because he plays week in week out in a very good, organised, Villa side that are improving every year.

Vaughan showed flashes, moments of something special for about 3 seasons. Its never sustained due to injuries, he also runs around like a headless chicken, cant tackle when he does get stuck in, and is yellow carded alot (like Rooney when he started). Compare this to Anichebe who's played more 1st team games, is always in with a shout to start games, scored more goals in competative matches, and you can see improvements every time he plays.

Those injuries have slowed Vaughan's development. He's years from being a 1st team regular IMO and he's 4th choice in the pecking order at Everton I feel (Yak, Saha, Anichebe, Vaughan) so regular 1st team games will be few and far between unless injuries for other players occur.

Thats either one of two things, as I suggested (but quickly corrected) he's not very good, or Moyes' idea of "He needs protecting" - Agbonlahor got thrown straight in the starting line up when he broke through and he's scored goals,he's playing for the under 21's every time, vaughan, still on the bench, no 90 minutes, no international games.

And he's banging goals in for the under 21's on a regular basis.
