Have I got News for You vs Mock the Week

Had a debate with my daughter today about which is better out of " Have I Got News For You" and " Mock The Week". I prefer " Have I Got....." , whereas she would rather watch
" Mock.....". Maybe It's a generation thing as I've watched " Have I got News" since it began in 1990.

What do you lot on GOT prefer ?

Big fan of both, but I much prefer HIGNFY, Paul Merton is a genius. Mock the week is funny but feels too scripted / rehearsed sometimes.

Both good shows, but I think I would prefer watching Mock the Week more, I think Dara O'Briain is brilliant and some of the comics on there like Frankie Boyle are great.

Neither , in truth , but with a gun to my head , the latter .

Hislop is marvellously clever , it's just that if I started , I do not believe that I could EVER stop punchin' him .

He irritates the fuk outta me .
