Say NO to Ginger Managers
How to analyse the tactics of a man who has openly said "Tactics don't win matches".

Let us start with a completely relevant picture of Harry and his little doggie.

Keep it simple stupid is the old adage, and indeed Harry, as an old and experienced campaigner takes great importance from this wisdom.
Fcuking Run Around A Bit, or abbreviated FRAAB is the mantra that Harry and his teams live by.
For a team lacking effort and direction as Everton currently are, this simple and easy to follow instruction is perfect. Uncomplicated.

Simply put, Harry's teams work hard. He is unafraid to say things how it is, and works to get the best out of players by letting them do their thing.
A great man motivator, his tactics are based on creating space for attacks, and denying space for the opposition.

I'm really running out of tactical insights so here is a picture of Harry mixing it up with his MILF

Among Harry's notable achievements include the revitalization of Tottenham Hotspur, taking them from the relegation zone to two fourth and a 5th place finishes in the Premier League, and a quarter final place in the Champions League.
Harry has also won the FA Cup with minnows Portsmouth.

Finally, transfers.

Infamous for his deadline day car window chats, Harry would bring a spark to Everton's transfer dealings. No longer will we have quiet transfer windows, the wheeler dealer is here.
We will of course be signing Niko Krancjar and Jermaine Defoe.

Well you'd have to say his nose has pushed up too far exposing his top lip to a counter attack from his bottom lip. His skin has outgrown his skull leading to lapses in concentration and generally outspoken views by his jowels which upset the fan base and his teammates. The hair, though generally well structured has suffered from terrible tackles from his Hairdressers down the years leading to stunted development of the overlapping Sideburns. The eyes, sunken through merciless aerial bombardment from the lower leagues have rejected his own man management techniques and deferred to a zonal system. General play is wobbly at best, while the brain may still the sharpest attacking weapon, it's received a very good offer from Swansea City, and may be on it's way come the Summer.

You forgot the part where Ol' Arry takes off just before it's discovered the club is massively in debt.
