Wow, just got back to this thread. Some really great insights. So a few have criticised my initial post, that's okay. It's the Internet after all. It's a football forum and as such it's cool to analyse stuff no matter how insignificant it may be. There is no pressure to respond. What this thread does demonstrate is that when an experienced manager, whom is usually positive, criticises us, we sit up and listen and remonstrate. As I said previously I hope we prove him wrong.
