It is still to early to judge him but he certainly looks the real deal, if I was a Tottenham fan I wouldnt want him anywhere near England for at least another 12 months I dont think it does young players any good mixing with millionaires who are just looking for the next big pay day it just turns there heads and they lose site of the things that are really important in the game.
Good point Mate. I think he should declare for Ireland instead as his dads Irish ! He's said he won't though tbf.

Can't really criticise the lad. Although I will criticise the pundits that are hailing him as the new Alan Shearer, Lineker etc. Give him a chance.

But he's showing kids how its done. He's got his head down and grafted - done the loan thing, put the hours in training etc - I'm sure he's tried and done everything he can to make sure he's performing as best as he can.

That video clip of him talking to himself saying "Never give up" says a lot to me. He's also done work on the psychological side of the game too.

I've also not seen him do an interview or hammering the press either.

The lads a good egg. Hope he's just not a one season wonder.

Was thinking of that blackburn game where they missed 2 pens, hit the post 3 times, we had 1 shot all game and then arteta dived in the box, picked himself up, slotted it and we won 1-0.

One of my all time fave games, that.

Or, you know, wimbledon.

the obvious one yes, but 2 examples in 21 years? ha

One season wonder. A 30 goal one season wonder but a one season wonder nonetheless. Well according to all the 'experts' anyway.

Harry and his magnificent quiff are going all the way.

I have been impressed with him tbh. I do not have a real problem praising a Tottenham player. My only issue with them is they have tried to nick one of our songs.
