Apropos to International Womens Day.....I spent summers/falls putting up preserves with my Grandma.....

Jelly is made from fruit juice so it's clear and sans fruit bits.

Jam/Preserves are made from the whole fruit so will have some pulp, seeds and such.



Now I am really craving some of my Granny's peach preserves ...yummy
